The V2I Bulk Plans allow customers to connect their SIP-based phones, adaptors and softphones to their conventional PBX and then directly to the V2I VoIP network. In addition, the bulk plans can be used for businesses, call centers, telemarketing firms and cyber cafes without any phone system. The plans let you connect "cabinets", "seats", computer workstations and more by using VoIP Phone adaptors and other SIP compatible devices.

Small to medium-sized enterprises and out dial telemarketing firms :-
V2I Bulk Plans were designed for businesses that require multi-line capability and wish to add VoIP to your existing phone system with no expensive upgrades. Standard V2I service plans require an analog SIP compatible telephone adapter for each telephone line. We support many multiple port adaptors like Quintum and Mediatrax or you can use multiple two-port adaptors while you integrate VoIP into your system.

 

VoIP Call Shop

Businesses that require multiple phone lines or who have on-premise PBX and other types of phone systems can simply connect the device of their choice at the "punch down block" by connecting directly to an analog extension. The PBX can then be programmed to connect handsets to the device by dialing a key like "dial 9 for a local line you have; dial 6 for a VoIP line".

All users connected to your V2I account have access to the V2I User Control Panel which includes real time call history, missed calls, and features like eVoicemail, advanced call forwarding and more. In addition, each line has PIN number capability and can access the network using our worldwide calling card gateways. There is no limit to the number of lines you can have and the user can be located wherever they connect to the Internet using any SIP compatible device or softphone. This gives companies with tele-commuters, frequent travelers or de-centralized offices the flexibility to connect everyone without the investment in an IP-PBX or any upgrades to your existing phone system.

Say goodbye to Premise Based Phone Systems forever. With V2I you will not need to buy an expensive phone system. We let you customize voice menus and prompts at no additional cost. Change them as often as you like with by uploading .wav files to replace our existing messages and have total control with out "service calls" from your vendor.

V2I bulk plans offer FREE in-network calling so you eliminate all the expenses related to calling between offices. These in-network numbers are used to configure the VoIP adaptor or other devices and softphones and allow users to dial with 7 digits when calling free in network. You can add an incoming phone number from 36 US States, Canada and the UK no matter where in the world you are located. Select where the incoming number rings in the on-line user control panel by directing it to any in-network number you choose. This allows each user to have a DID or Direct Inward Dial number and lets you set up hunting, forwarding, simultaneous ringing and more on your main number. All forwarding and where the PSTN DID numbers ring is controlled by you using the on-line control panel to make real-time changes.

Cyber cafes and other pay per use sites:-
Connect your Cyber Cafe or calling center to the V2I VoIP network and you can enjoy discounted calling and the billing system you need. We support Cisco 186, Linksys PAP2, Grandstream and most SIP compatible devices. The billing system shows the Call Detail Records (CDR) based on the phone used so you can easily separate calls by "room or cabinet". All call data is provided on-line in real time and per minute fees can be "marked up" to further increase profit. You can re-configure your existing VoIP equipment
